Ideaho First Property Management wants each of our tenants to get a full security and cleaning deposit refund, so we help you. We perform a very detailed interior inspection with you prior to moving in. We’ll annotate any damages or cleaning issues, as well as document them with photos and/or video. We also show you how to work your appliances, change your furnace filters and anything else you wish additional instructions on.
When you move out, we’ll send you a “help list” to assist you in your cleaning efforts and schedule a move-out inspection and compare it to your move-in inspection to ensure that you are not charged for damages or cleaning issues that were pre-existing.
We know that it costs money to move. That is why our properties offer a low deposit and a move-in incentive for a long-term lease for many of our properties. Additionally, we want to reward our good tenants by offering a renewal incentive upon your lease termination. If you find a comparable property for less, call us and we’ll go to bat for you and do everything we can to match or beat that rent. The average cost to move is over $1,000. You have packing materials, moving truck, utility disconnect fees, application fees, another deposit, and first month’s rent. So save yourself the money and just contact us to see if anything can be done to save you money.
Ideaho First Property Management values your time. So we offer a discount to all of our tenants who sign up on our auto-rent payment program. Not only do you save money on your rent, but as long as you have funds in your account, you are guaranteed never to pay late fees, you don’t have to take time away from work or family by driving in your check, and you save on postage and insure yourself against postal delays.
